17 year old male with 2 years of worsening bilateral testicular pain. Pain worsened during the daytime and with any strenuous activity. In particular the pain was interfering with high school sports. The patient wanted the procedure with the fastest recovery and best outcomes. In the right hands, varicocele embolization is a superior procedure to surgical varicocelectomy.
